I really enjoyed this product, the resons; TO BE VERY CHEAP and also very effective. Works really well with PC and PS2. I recommend this product.

Bought this steering wheel as i wanted to play NFS underground on my PC. It works great with it. Plug in and play, no messing around with drivers etc. Been playing around for a few hours and its great fun, gives driving games a different feel, instead of press left/right on 2 buttons.
There are 6 levels of sensitivity, so should suit your needs, and has vibration. Which you can switch on/off.
Good value for money, recommended.

I ordered this steering wheel to replace my MS Sidewinder Force Feedback wheel which I thought was superb, but as it used the older gameport interface was no longer compatible with my PC. I have to say, whilst it's relatively cheap, it's actually quite a nice steering wheel, and feels more expensive than it's price would suggest.
