Rating: - Best port I have ever seen
This is a great game and probably the most atmospheric. It runs sweet on my pc at a constant 61 fps. Other ported games that have come out after this have been horrific, choppy slow graphics, fixed frame rates and just generaly unoptimised for peoples PC's. Great Port cant wait for Gears of War 2 thats if it ever comes out on PC.

5 months ago I bought this game and I have to return it because was only running for 30 seconds . It was the first time that I was experiencing some game problems on my pc. After some consultation and a new and update on my video card drivers, I m able to run the game with no problems, the problem was when this game came out ( Nvidia Drivers were not compatible with this game )Now is the time to buy it , once you install an updated video card driver .

Rating: - Good gaming...once set up and bugs fixed
like many others i had a problem with starting this game. it basically wouldn't run for more than 30 seconds. but once the problems are fixed (i used the forums) it becomes a great game. A must buy if your willing to save 30 mins of your time sorting the thing out!
Rating: - Successful Port
Small technical difficulties aside, this is a great port. The graphics have been enhanced for PC and look great, and the gamplay in certain parts is brilliant; the cover system and regen-armour also make it refreshingly original. The only negative comment I can think of is that I was kinda relieved when it was all over:)

It's unbelievable to think that Microsoft or Epic bothered to test this game at all before shoving it on the shop shelves to make themselves a bit of cash - the "save game" errors are so glaringly obvious that you'd have to be the most moronic beta tester not to have noticed them.
I played the game offline, choosing not to connect to Windows Live due to all the problems I'd already read about it. I updated my game using the Title Update patch, and STILL the game proved a nightmare...so ... Read More
