Major problems with this card from the first instant I installed it and tried to play Fallout 3 or Halflife 2. It wouldnt even get into the games without crashing. So I set the frenquency of the card down to minimum and that allowed me to play for an hour or so sometimes longer depending on the game. But why whould I want to buy an expensive card to have to set the card to min speed. I bought this to replace a lousy Nvidea 7600 card which has always given me graphics artifacts. Rating: - Beware card crashes
I bought this to replace 2 x 9600 gt xxx cards, after fitting i ran a 3d vantage mark with a score p8860,and that was as good as it got, i was unable to play any games without the card crashing and having to reboot my pc,
I went on the ati site and to see if i could fix the issue i started by downloading the new version ccc and drivers 8.10 with the same end result
